1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and STARTUPSHORTCUT (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of the STARTUPSHORTCUT platform, website, dashboard, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

2. Description of Service

STARTUPSHORTCUT is a business validation and launch platform that provides entrepreneurs with data-driven insights and strategic tools including Business Assessment Quiz, Viability Score, Personalized Dashboard, and Pro Subscription features.

2.2 Pro Subscription - Full Platform Access

Pro subscribers get unlimited access to all platform features including Market Research, Pain Point Discovery, Opportunity Generator, Persona Builder, Offer Generator, and all future features.

Pricing: Pro Monthly ($59/month) or Pro Annual ($499/year). All prices in USD.

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

4. Account Management and Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your Profile settings. All personal data is permanently deleted within 90 days. Active subscriptions are immediately cancelled (no refunds for partial billing periods). Account deletion is irreversible.

5. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, provide truthful information, and comply with all applicable laws. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the Service or use automated systems without permission.

6. Payment Terms

• Pro Monthly: $59/month - Full access, unlimited use, priority support. Cancel anytime.
• Pro Annual: $499/year - Everything in Pro Monthly plus 2 months free (save $229). Cancel anytime.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. No partial refunds for unused portions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its contents are owned by STARTUPSHORTCUT. You retain ownership of content you submit. Reports and content generated for you are provided for your use, but underlying algorithms and frameworks remain our intellectual property.

8. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimers

Our Service uses AI and machine learning. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional business, financial, legal, or investment advice. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy or business success.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $100 USD.

10. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to hello@startupshortcut.com.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Each party may bring claims only in individual capacity, not as a class member.
