Can I use the platform for free?
Yes. The free tier includes the AI assessment (for ideas and existing businesses), your Viability or Health Score, dashboard access, and unlimited AI Copilot. No credit card required.
What's the difference between Pro and Growth?
Pro unlocks all 20+ AI tools with generous limits, manual data entry, and a basic weekly briefing. Growth adds live integrations (Stripe, GA4, Shopify), real-time Health Score, funnel analytics, competitor monitoring, and full weekly briefings with anomaly alerts.
I already have a business. Which plan?
Start with the free assessment and select "I have a business." You'll get a Health Score immediately. If you need live integrations and analytics, go Growth. If you need team features, go Team.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When upgrading, you'll be prorated. When downgrading, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Are there usage limits?
Each plan has generous monthly limits per tool (e.g., Pro: 2 market research reports, Growth: 5). Assessments and AI Copilot are always unlimited. Limits reset on the 1st of each month.
How does the Team plan work?
Team requires a minimum of 3 seats at $49/seat/mo. You can invite team members with Editor or Viewer roles. Includes the Investor Readiness dashboard, Execution Layer, and Board Report exports.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Built on Supabase with Row Level Security and encryption at rest. Your business data is never shared with other users or used to train AI models.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans: cancel anytime. Annual plans: contact support within 14 days of purchase if not satisfied.
