I've spent over 30 years in entrepreneurship: as a founder, an agency operator, and as Managing Partner at a small VC firm, where I reviewed more than 500 startup pitches. I've watched brilliant people fail not because their ideas were bad, but because they built before they validated.

Before StartupShortcut, I was the first sales director at the Go BIG Network (now Startups.com and Fundable.com), where I worked directly with hundreds of founders and investors. The pattern was almost always the same: the founders who survived had done the work to understand their market before they wrote a single line of code or spent a dollar on ads.

I also spent a decade building Neural Marketer into a digital marketing agency serving Fortune 500 clients, managing millions in ad spend across Google and Meta. I know what it costs, in time and money, to chase the wrong thing.

I held the StartupShortcut domain for 14 years before building it. When I finally did, I ran it through our own validation process and scored a 19/25: "Proceed with Caution." I proceeded anyway, because the data told me the opportunity was real and the risks were manageable. That's exactly what this system is built to do.

StartupShortcut is the platform I wish had existed when I started. The goal is simple: use AI to eliminate the barriers that have kept too many aspiring entrepreneurs on the sidelines, and give every founder access to an integrated, intelligent platform that takes them from idea to revenue-ready business. If we can move the needle on the startup failure rate, even a little, it's worth building.
